01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to j3 3pm. This platform is operated by j3 3pm Entertainment Sdn Bhd ("j3 3pm", "we"). By accessing or using any part of our platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User") and j3 3pm. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

02 Membership Eligibility

To register and use the j3 3pm platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a citizen or permanent resident of any country that has fully prohibited online gambling.
• Has never been banned or suspended from the j3 3pm platform previously.
• Register with only one account only — holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited.

J3 3pm reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. The KYC process involves submitting a copy of a valid identification document such as a MyKad, passport, or driving licence. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified period may be temporarily suspended until the process is finalised.

03 Member Account & Security

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. All activity that occurs in your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility as long as you do not promptly report any unauthorised access to us.

Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. The name on your j33pm account must match must match the name on the payment method you use. j3 3pm will not process withdrawals to any bank account or digital wallet that does not match the registered member's name.

One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts using the same identity, device, or IP address will result in the termination of all accounts involved and the freezing of all associated balances.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods

J3 3pm supports multiple deposit methods including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.

Withdrawal Terms

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. j3 3pm reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and a report to the relevant authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

J3 3pm offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements specified in each promotion. The specific terms for each bonus will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• J3 3pm reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Using more than one account to claim the same bonus is considered fraud and will result in all associated accounts being frozen.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never registered with j33pm before.
• J3 3pm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.

06 Game Rules

All games offered at j3 3pm use a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by an accredited third-party audit body. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party — including j3 3pm itself.

Player Responsibility

• You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• Any technical disruption occurring during gameplay will be investigated by the j3 3pm technical team, and all decisions made are final.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to play is strictly prohibited.

Technical Failure

In the event of a system failure or technical issue affecting game outcomes, j3 3pm reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the original bet to the member's account. No further claims may be made on the basis of such technical failures.

07 Responsible Gaming

J3 3pm is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer a range of self-control tools available to all members at no additional cost.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on your deposits.
• Loss Limit: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a set period.
• Session Time Limit: Set reminders or time limits for each gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform permanently or for a specified period.

08 Account Closure & Termination

J3 3pm reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using more than one account.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward j33pm staff or other members.
• Violating any terms stated in this document.

Members may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting our customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks are completed.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

J3 3pm takes your privacy seriously. All personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfil platform obligations.

10 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, j3 3pm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.

J3 3pm makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption or free from errors. We will make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly but accept no liability for disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure issues, natural disasters, or actions by authorities.

11 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j3 3pm is officially registered. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed arbitration rules.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
